Refund and exchange policy

After installing the product free of defects, the defect will not be replaced unless it is explicitly present in the product, and the delivery of the goods is not returned after the installation process within 3 days from the date of receipt. There is a manufacturing defect and the furniture of all types will not be returned after it is installed in the customer"s service. In the event that the customer requests the return of the furniture sold before it is installed, the transportation costs will be deducted from the value as long as it has been delivered.
